KARTELL PERTH

Trilogy, a family owned and operated luxury goods retailer, brings Kartell with its 70 years of history from Milan to Australia. Trilogy presents Kartell Perth as a 'Store within a Store' concept offering an exclusive collection of rich culture, design, industrial products, cutting edge technology with an emphasis on sustainability. With Kartell’s intense passion for creation along with design precision and Trilogy’s distinct desire to offer specialty pieces and limited editions from around the world to clientele, this combination was the perfect cohesion.

THE HISTORY

Kartell founded by Giulio Castelli in 1949 took its first steps to produce the distinctive design that would come to epitomise the “Made in Italy” label. The company was later acquired by Claudio Luti, the son in law of Giulio & Anna Castelli. This heralded a new start for the brand as collaborations with architects and designers brought innovative design with a fresh approach to materials. Influences like Philippe Starck, Ron Arad, Antonio Citterio and Ferruccio Laviani were some of the great minds who were responsible for ensuring a signature style which symbolised the brand.

THE COLLECTIONS

In 1999 Kartell introduced the world to revolutionary design encompassing and embracing polycarbonate to produce furniture and homewares. This was further developed and refined to produce transparent iconic collections. High performance materials made it possible to create an extensive and ever evolving indoor and outdoor product range. A range of enduring products with a commitment to safeguarding the environment and observing sustainability protocols are paramount in the Kartell story.

We acknowledge the Whadjuk Noongar people of the Bibbulmun Nation; the custodians of the land on which we so passionately design, build, furbish and decorate our beautiful havens. We also acknowledge the continuing culture of the Whadjuk Noongar people and the influences they have on our architecture, gardens, interior design and decor, and we pay our respects to elders past and present.
