Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

2. Competition Period 

  • The competition opens upon publication of the Giveaway post on Instagram and closes at 11:59PM (AWST) on 31 March 2026.

  • Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility 

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees of Havenist Magazine, The Garde Hotel Fremantle, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

  • Entrants must hold a valid Instagram account.

  • Entrants must be subscribed to the Havenist mailing list at the time of the draw.

  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. How to Enter

  • During the Competition Period, entrants must:

    1/ Like the official Giveaway post on Instagram.
    2/ Follow @havenist
    3/ Follow @gardefremantle
    4/ Be signed up to the Havenist mailing list at havenist.com.au/sign-up

  • Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive:

    • 1-night Gus Premium Stay at Garde Hotel Fremantle

    • Evening drinks at Anglesea

    • Complimentary minibar

    • Light breakfast at Anglesea

    • 45-minute sauna session

  • Located at Garde Hotel, corner of William & Parry Streets, Fremantle, Western Australia.

  • Total prize value is dependent on seasonal rates and availability.

6. Prize Conditions

  • Prize must be redeemed within 6 months of winner notification unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply.

  • Booking must be made directly with Garde Hotel Fremantle.

  • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  • Travel to and from Fremantle is not included.

  • Any additional expenses not expressly included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within three (3) days of the competition closing date.

  • The winner will be notified via email from hello@havenist.com.au.

  • If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Instagram Disclaimer

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this promotion.

9. Privacy

  • By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive communications from Havenist Magazine. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Havenist’s Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required for prize fulfilment.

10. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to:

    • Verify the validity of entries;

    • Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions;

    • Cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost entries, or circumstances outside its control.
