Empire Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Gift voucher is redeemable for purchases at all Empire Home stores.
Gift voucher is not redeemable for cash.
It is up to the cardholder to use the full value of the voucher before the expiry date.
Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the voucher expires.
Where the cost of the purchases exceeds the available voucher balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference between the purchase price and the Gift voucher balance.
Gift voucher will expire thirty six (36) months from the issue date, or, where an expiry date is written on the card by an Empire staff member at the time of voucher issue.
Gift voucher cannot be redeemed for purchases made at Empire Retreat & Spa.
